Recently while adding a key to a 2012 bmw 750li cas 4 woth my im508 I encountered a continuous error. “Any error occurred during the query, please try again. Error:17” good internet no vehicle communication issues and all software and firmware up to date. Anyone else encountered this and figured it out?
Yea the tech support thru the tools is a waste of time. I had a ticket open since December on a vw and still no response. The only way I got a reply was by messaging a support email I had from like 2 years ago. Very sad...
